Requirements for employees

Assumptions personalities and skills:

  • min. Secondary education with GCE
  • advanced knowledge of Czech, advanced knowledge of English - spoken and written, advanced knowledge of Russian - spoken and written
  • experience as a call center operator or a similar position in length min. 1 year
  • PC skills (MS Office - Word, Excel)
  • excellent communication and verbal skills
  • customer orientation
  • care, professional and positive approach to work
  • willingness to further educate
  • experience in Telco business advantage
